Beautifully crafted Red and White Alabaster chess set, hand made by Scali Alabastro of Italy. This luxury chess board is crafted from inlaid squares of solid alabaster that are fused together then carefully polished down, creating a mirror finish playing surface. The chess pieces are crafted by hand from solid red and white alabaster which are also highly polished. This Luxury Italian marble chess set is great to play on and equally delightful to admire.
Please note that alabaster is a natural material, not manufactured and as such may have speckles and marks that look like flaws but are actually natural peculiarities of the stone.
