All products on the Regency Chess Website, including our chess sets, chess pieces, chess boards and more, are covered by our extensive two year warranty. We have a great deal of confidence in our product range, and we are more than happy to cover it for a minimum of two years.
Product care and warranty information is provided in a handy booklet with each set purchased.
To make a claim under our warranty you will need to supply proof of purchase and return the good to us. They will either be repaired or replaced and then sent back to you free of charge. Please contact us to make a claim.
