Beautiful full size tournament chess set with Antiqued/distressed wooden chess pieces and a European made Mahogany and Maple chess board. The antiqued chess pieces are Staunton in design and carved in a facile way creating a stylish look that can only be classed as modern vintage. The Dark pieces are carved from solid sheesham wood then stained, rubbed and polished to create a distressed look that's similar to antique Rosewood.
The chess board is made from sustainable woods and has an inlaid chequerboard construction. The colours of this set work very well together making this chess set both practical and beautiful. Includes a carry bag for the chess pieces.
