FIDE-approved World Chess Championship chess set featuring architect-designed chess pieces, a mahogany chess board, a wind-up chess clock, and a sheesham chess piece storage case, ideal for club and tournament play.

These chess pieces were designed from scratch by Pentagram architect and designer Daniel Weil, and their dimensions are based on classical Greek architecture. The chess pieces are crafted from graded boxwood, are balanced and weighted, and feature black and white felt bases.

The included chess board is constructed from mahogany and maple veneers and is made in Europe from sustainable woods. Also included is a traditional wind-up chess clock and a solid sheesham chess piece storage case to store the chess pieces.

The Championship chess pieces are supplied in beautiful branded packaging. A wonderful quality chess set that includes everything for the tournament player. Perfect for club and school players.
